From Italian Growth to International Expansion: €800,000 in Subsidized Financing

An Italian scaleup operating in the Creator Economy, specializing in influencer marketing, short-form video, and proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based technologies, had reached a key stage in its growth journey.

After consolidating its business model in the Italian market, the company identified Spain as the natural next step in its international development: a market characterized by a dynamic creator ecosystem, high social media engagement, and significant opportunities in digital advertising.

The challenge was to turn this opportunity into a concrete project: opening a local office, acquiring new clients, building relationships with Spanish brands and agencies, and developing a network of local creators to be integrated into the company’s proprietary platform.

This is where OAK came in, supporting the company in identifying and accessing the subsidized financing opportunities best aligned with the project. The process resulted in securing €800,000 in subsidized financing, including €80,000 in non-repayable funding, providing the company with tangible resources to support its internationalization plan.

A project driven by growth ambitions that, thanks to subsidized financing, was transformed into a structured plan for entering and developing within the Spanish market.
